1. Scope of application**

This policy applies to pearl products (including but not limited to pearl necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.) purchased through [company official website/offline stores/e-commerce platforms, etc.]. Exceptions include custom items, special sale items or items clearly marked "non-returnable". 

 

2. Return conditions** 

a. **Item is in good condition**:

 - Pearls and accessories (such as buckles, inlaid metals) should not be worn, scratched or damaged by human factors. 

 - The original packaging, labels, and certificates (if an identification certificate is included) must be complete. 

b. **Time limit**:

; - You can apply for a return within **7-15 days** from the date of receipt (the specific number of days is adjusted according to company regulations).  

c. **Reason for return**:

   - The product has quality problems (such as pearls falling off, obvious flaws and not consistent with the description).  

   - Wrong shipment or missing shipment due to reasons not related to the customer.

 

3. Unacceptable returns**

- Returns due to customer preference (such as inappropriate color or size) or non-quality issues (exchange service is available). ;

- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by human factors. 

Products that have exceeded the return period. 

 

4. Return process**

a. **Contact Customer Service**:

   - Submit a return request through [email/phone/online customer service], providing the order number, product photos and problem description.

b. **Audit confirmation**:

   - The company will review and notify the result within **1-3 working days**.

c. **Returning Items**:

; - After the review is passed, the goods will be sent back to the designated address (it is recommended to use insured express, and the postage will be borne by the responsible party).  

 

d. **Refund Processing**:

 - After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the money to the payment account within **5-7 working days**.

**5. Refund Policy** 

- **FULL REFUND**: Item is unused and eligible for return. 

- **Partial Refund**: If the product has minor defects, a partial refund can be made after negotiation between the two parties. 

- **Shipping fee**:

- Quality issues: The company bears the round-trip shipping costs. 

- Non-quality issues: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

## **6. Exchange Policy** 

- Products that meet the return conditions can be exchanged (for the same item or equivalent product), and the price difference will be refunded or supplemented. 

- The exchange period is subject to stock availability.

- **Pearl Characteristics**: Natural pearls may have slight differences in growth texture or color, which does not constitute a quality issue. &

**Customized products**: Customized products such as engraving and special designs do not support unconditional returns or exchanges.
