Terms and Conditions

1. Account Registration and Use

a. Registration Requirements:

  • Users must provide accurate and truthful personal information (e.g., name, contact details).

  • Impersonation or creating multiple accounts for malicious purposes (e.g., arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

b. Account Security:

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. Any losses due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence will be borne by the user.

2. Product Purchases

a. Product Description:

  • Pearls are natural products; variations in color, shape, or size may occur. Website images are for reference only.

  • Customized items (e.g., engraved or specially designed products) cannot be returned or exchanged.

b. Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices are subject to change based on promotions. The final price is displayed at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods: FPS, PayMe, credit cards, etc. Failed payments will result in automatic order cancellation.

c. Order Confirmation:

  • Orders are confirmed only after the customer receives an "Order Confirmation Email."

  • The company reserves the right to cancel orders and issue refunds due to stock unavailability.

3. Delivery and Acceptance

a. Delivery Timeline:

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 working days (may be delayed for remote areas or holidays).

b. Inspection Obligation:

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Report damages/shortages with photo evidence within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Refer to the separate Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and procedures.

5. Intellectual Property

a. All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by the company. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
b. User-submitted reviews/images may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities (e.g., false orders, coupon fraud).

  • Posting fake reviews or defamatory content.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. The company is not liable for delays/losses caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, network outages).
b. Product damage due to misuse (e.g., exposing pearls to chemicals) is not covered.

8. Dispute Resolution

a. These terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Unresolved disputes will be settled in Hong Kong courts.
b. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
