## **一、接受條款**  

1. 用戶通過訪問[公司官網/facebook]、購買商品或使用服務，即視為同意本條款及隱私政策。  

2. 公司有權修改條款，修改後將通過公告或郵件通知，繼續使用服務視為接受更新內容。

   - 珍珠為天然產品，顏色、形狀可能存在合理差異，網站圖片僅供參考。  

   - 定制商品（如刻字、特殊設計）需在下單時確認最終需求，恕不退換。  

2. **價格與支付**：  

   - 商品價格可能因促銷調整，以結算時顯示為準。  

   - 支持[fps/payme/信用卡等]支付方式，若付款失敗訂單自動取消。  

3. **訂單確認**：  

   - 訂單生效以公司發送的“訂單確認郵件”為準，公司有權因庫存不足取消訂單並退款。

## **1. Acceptance of Terms**

4. Product purchase rules*

Product Description 

a. Pearls are natural products, and there may be reasonable differences in color and shape. The pictures on the website are for reference only.

b. Customized products (such as engraving, special design) must be confirmed at the time of ordering, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

 

5. **Price and Payment**:

- Product prices may be adjusted due to promotions and will be subject to the display at checkout.

6. **Order confirmation**:

The following actions are prohibited:

- Exploiting system loopholes to gain benefits (such as placing false orders and obtaining coupons). 

- Post false reviews or discredit the company. 

 

11. Limitation of Liability**

a. The Company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network failures). &

b. The company is not responsible for damage caused by the user's improper use of the product (such as contact with chemicals while wearing pearls). ;

 

12. Dispute Resolution**

a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to court for resolution. 

b. If some of the terms are invalid, it will not affect the legality of other terms. ;
